基于从患者视角发现医疗服务现存问题,提升服务质量,构建并实施了预出院访谈体系。实施预出院访谈后,患者提出意见与建议数量、问题解决数量明显增加,患者就医体验改善,服务流程优化,服务质量持续改进。
- Abstract:

To discover the existing problems of medical service from the perspective of patients and improve the service quality, the pre-discharge interview system was constructed and implemented. After the implementation of pre-discharge interview, the number of patients' opinions and suggestions and the number of problems solved increased significantly, the satisfaction level was improved, the service process was optimized,and the service quality was continuously improved.
