全麻气管插管后环杓关节脱位发生率虽然较低，但如果不能及时发现并治疗，可能给患者带来不可逆的声带损害。通过对1例延迟发现的全麻后环杓关节脱位案例进行回顾与分析，总结了不良事件发生的影响因素及防治措施。认为规范的医疗操作，医务人员对相关知识的掌握以及完善的并发症诊治流程，是防止患者发生不良预后的关键因素
- Abstract:

Arytenoid cartilage dislocationis a rare complication of tracheal intubation under general anesthesia. However, if not detected and treated in time, it can cause irreversible damage to the patient's vocal cords.A case of delayed identification of arytenoid dislocation after general anesthesia was reported and analyzed. Factors and precautions on adverse events of this case were summarized. The standardized medical techniques, knowledge of complications and optimized guideline on the identification of complications were of key importance to protect patients from poor prognosis.
