移动护理信息系统满意度评价研究-《中国卫生质量管理》

摘要:: 目的以护士对移动护理信息系统的满意度为切入点，建立模型并进行评价，为移动护理信息系统的改进方向提供依据。方法采用问卷调查法对182名护士进行PDA满意度调查。基于问卷建立满意度模型，通过综合模糊评价法和专家评判法对医院使用的移动护理信息系统进行评价。结果护士对移动护理信息系统的平均满意度得分为64.66，对PDA的熟悉程度对满意度具有影响。结论在系统改进中，应加强护理人员培训，更改网络类型，升级系统，以手机APP代替传统PDA，以提高护士对移动信息系统的满意度，进而提升护理服务水平。

Abstract:: Based on nurses' satisfaction on the mobile nursing information system, the model was established and evaluated to provide evidence for the improvement of the mobile nursing information system.MethodsA questionnaire was used for satisfaction survey on personal digital assistant (PDA) among 182 nurses. The satisfaction model was established based on the questionnaire, and the mobile nursing information system was evaluated by the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method and the expert evaluation method.ResultsThe average satisfaction score of nurses was 64.66, and the PDA familiarity had an effect on satisfaction. ConclusionIn the system improvement, it is necessary to strengthen the training of nursing staff, change the network type, upgrade the system, and replace the traditional PDA with mobile APP, so as to improve nurses' satisfaction with the mobile information system and improve the level of nursing services.
