目的探讨图文式临床护理路径在预防骨科植入术后医院感染的可行性和实施效果。方法选取2014年12月至2015年12月期间骨科植入治疗的患者160例。随机分为试验组80例，对照组80例。试验组在使用临床护理路径表同时，针对患者文化程度不高制订了图文式临床护理路径表；对照组使用临床护理路径表。从依从性、健康教育效果评价和护理工作满意度调查3个指标进行评价。采用SPSS 20.0软件进行统计学分析。结果（1）入院日，试验组与对照组的依从行为比值为29.00 VS 28.00，两组之间无统计学差异（P>0.05，X2=-0.812）；出院当日，试验组与对照组的依从行为比值为52.60 VS 36.10，两组之间有极显著性差异（P<0.001，X2=-7.162）。（2）健康教育效果评价指标中，试验组与对照组的比为18.60 VS 12.10，两组之间存在极显著性差异（P<0.001，X2=-8.395）。（3）满意率指标中，试验组与对照组的比为90.5% VS 46.7%，两组之间存在极显著性差异（P<0.001，X2=-6.349）。（4）医院感染发生率在试验组与对照组之间的比为0.05% VS 21.25%，两组之间存在极显著差异（P<0.001，X2=-0.002）。结论图文式临床护理路径提高了患者的依从行为，提高了患者的健康教育效果，提高了患者对护理工作的满意度，显著降低骨科植入术后医院感染发生率。

ObjectiveTo analysis the feasibility and effectiveness of the image-text type clinical nursing pathway in prevention of nosocomial infection after orthopedics implantation. MethodsFrom December 2014 to December 2015, 60 patients after orthopedics implantation were selected and randomly divided into experimental and control groups with 80 cases in each group. The experimental group used the clinical nursing pathway table with the developed image-text type clinical nursing path to meet the patient’s education level; and the control group used the clinical nursing path table. The three indexes of compliance, health education effect evaluation and nursing satisfaction were evaluated.Results(1) At admission, the compliance ratio of the experimental and the control group had no statistical significant difference (29.00 vs. 28.00, =-0.812, P> 0.05); and at discharge there had significant difference between the experimental group and the control group on compliance ratio (52.60 vs. 36.10, =-7.162, P< 0.001). (2) As for health education effect, significant difference was found between the two groups (18.60 vs. 12.10, =-8.395, P<0.001). (3) As for satisfaction, significant difference was found between the two groups, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (90.5% vs. 46.7%, =-6.349, P<0.001). (4) The two groups had statistical significant difference on incidence of nosocomial infection rate (0.05% vs. 21.25%, =-0.002, P<0.001). ConclusionThe image-text type clinical nursing pathway can improve the compliance, health education effect and satisfaction level of patients. Furthermore, it significantly reduced nosocomial infection rate after orthopedics implantation.
