摘要:
目的调查“志愿服务在医院”现状,并针对存在问题提出相应建议。方法对85名正式志愿者进行问卷调查,并通过调查系统自动生成数据进行统计分析。结果当前医院志愿者招募方式欠佳,培训内容欠缺,服务项目设置及管理存在不合理,激励机制尚不健全,导致志愿者流失严重,服务难以长效。建议强化组织领导,建立卓越团队,构建志愿服务培训体系新常态,拓展激励形式,合理规划设置服务项目。结论进一步完善医院志愿服务管理,促进医院服务质量不断提高。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the status of "volunteer service in hospital" and make corresponding suggestions. MethodsA total of 85 volunteers were surveyed and data were automatically generated by the survey system.ResultsThe current recruitment way of hospital volunteers was poor, training content lacked, service items setting and management were unreasonable, incentive mechanism was not yet sound, which resulted in serious loss of volunteers with difficult in long-term service. It was recommended to strengthen the organization and leadership, establish outstanding team, build a new normal of volunteer service training system, expand the form of incentives, reasonable plan and set up service items.ConclusionTo further improve the hospital volunteer service management can promote the continuous improvement of hospital service quality.
