结合《三级医院评审标准实施细则（2011版）》，对国家卫生计生委医院管理研究所检查的117家三级医院管理组所涉及的条款以及现场评价情况进行了简要概述，包括现场检查的依据、检查的方法、评价结果判定，并列出被判定为D级的不合格条款以及对策建议，其目的是帮助医院找出管理中的薄弱环节，以便改进相关工作。

The Implementing Regulations of the Tertiary General Hospital Evaluation Criteria (2011 version) was released by the National Health and Family Planning Commission for five years. The paper briefly overviewed the on-site inspection results on the involved terms of management group in 117 tertiary hospitals by the Hospital Management Research Institution of the National Health and Family Planning Commission, including the basis of on-site inspection, inspection methods, and evaluation result judgement. The main nonconforming terms receiving the D-level were listed and suggestions were analyzed, which aimed to help hospital to find the weak links in management and to improve the relevant work.
