摘要:
研究分析全国117所三级综合性医院新一周期医院等级评价中103款护理基本条款评价结果，发现医院能够按照评审标准实施护理管理，护理管理体系健全，工作有效运行。但在护士配备、规范的制定与修订、落实、护士培训、质量管理工具的运用、患者安全管理方面存在问题，针对性提出了改进建议，以提升我国护理管理水平。
Abstract:
The study analyzed the evaluation results of the 103 basic nursing terms in the latest hospital grade evaluation in the 117 tertiary general hospitals. It was found that the hospital could carry out nursing management according to the evaluation criteria, and the nursing management system was sound with effective work running. The problems were found on aspects of nurses’ allocation, the formulation, revision and implementation of the norms, the training of nurses, the use of quality management tools, and patient safety management. The pertinent suggestions were put forward for improvement of the level of nursing management in China.
