Against the backdrop of increasing emphasis on refinement and humanization in hospital organizational management, how to systematically inspiring and harnessing the collective wisdom of frontline staff has become a critical issue for enhancing hospital governance and operational efficiency. The "Shihua Shishuo" digital suggestion platform developed by Shanghai Tenth People’s Hospital represents an important practice aimed at promoting employee voice behavior and advancing intelligent management within the hospital. This study systematically elaborates on the platform’s establishment objectives, user interface design, processing workflow, and characteristics of suggestion content. It also analyzes the platform’s effectiveness mechanisms, concluding that the platform significantly enhances employee participation, optimizes organizational communication, and strengthens management responsiveness.
