摘要:
目的了解宝鸡市医用放射人力资源现状。方法采用陕西省统一调查表统计2017年4月1日-2018年3月31日宝鸡市各放射治疗机构的放射诊疗基本情况、放射诊疗设备基本信息、放射工作人员个人信息等。结果宝鸡市共有放射工作人员1 102人,平均每万人拥有放射诊疗工作人员2.92名。年龄在25岁~35岁之间人员居多,有541名(49.1%)。民营医院放射工作人员年龄呈老少为主的双峰分布特征。不同级别医疗机构、不同岗位放射工作人员学历、职称分布存在差异。结论宝鸡市放射人力资源不足,建议每万人配置4名放射工作人员较合理,应优化放射工作人员年龄、学历、职称结构等。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the current situation of the medical radiation human resources in Baoji City.MethodsThe general information of radiological diagnosis and treatment, radiological diagnosis and treatment equipment, personal information of radiological staff in radiological treatment institutions in Baoji City from April1 2017 to March 31 2018 were investigated by the unified questionnaire of Shaanxi.ResultsThere were 1 102 radiation staff in Baoji City with an average of 2.92 per 10 000 people. 541 (49.1%)medical radiologists were between 25 and 35 years old. The age of radiation workers in private hospitals was bimodal. The distribution of educational background and professional title of radiological staff in different medical institutions and positions was different.Conclusion It had insufficient human resources for medical radiology in Baoji City. The structure of age, educational background and professional title of radiological staff should be optimized to promote the construction of medical consortium according to local conditions.
