上海市基层社区家庭病床人力资源现状调查和分析

摘要:: 目的调查上海市基层社区提供家庭病床服务的卫生技术人员构成现状，为未来发展提供参考。方法对2017年上海市16个区的241家基层社区卫生服务中心提供家庭病床服务的卫生技术人员现状进行问卷调查。结果共有卫生技术人员7 569人。执业医师以兼职为主，中级职称占比最高，本科及以上学历占比较多，40岁以下人员较多。注册护士中，初级职称占比最高，大专及以下学历、40岁以下人员较多。中心城区家庭病床医护人员相比郊区，执业医师占比更高，中高级职称执业医师占比更高，硕士及以上学历者占比更高。结论上海市应进一步加大社区家庭病床卫生技术人员培养力度，进一步优化家庭病床人力资源职称、学历、年龄结构，重点加强郊区家庭病床人力资源建设等。

Abstract:: ObjectiveTo investigate the status quo of medical staff providing family bed services in Shanghai's grassroots communities, and provide reference for future development. MethodsA questionnaire survey was conducted on the current status of medical staff providing family bed services in 241 grassroots community health service institutions in 16 districts of Shanghai in 2017.ResultsA total of 7 569 family health care workers were employed in 241 community health service centers. The doctors in family beds were mainly part-time, with the highest proportion of intermediate titles, more undergraduate degree and above, and more people under 40 years old. Among the registered nurses in family beds, the junior professional titles accounted for the highest proportion, and there were more junior college graduates and below, and those under 40 years old. Compared with the suburbs, the number of medical practitioners in the central urban area was higher, the proportion of practicing doctors was higher, and the proportion of masters and above was higher.Conclusion Shanghai should further increase the training of medical staff in community beds, further optimize the human resources title, education and age structure of family beds, and focus on strengthening the human resources construction of family beds in the suburbs.
