摘要:
血站人力资源优化是保障临床血液安全和有效供应的前提。针对血站人力资源培训存在问题,引入岗位知识图谱概念,从内容系统、实施系统、评估系统3方面,构建了基于岗位知识图谱的血站人力资源培训体系。该体系可提高培训的针对性和效果,并为效果评估奠定基础。但其实施也面临图谱绘制工作量大、图谱处于动态变化等挑战,需持续改进与优化。
Abstract:
Optimization of human resources in blood station is the premise to ensure the safety and effective supply of clinical blood. In view of the existing problems in human resource training of blood station, the concept of post knowledge graph was introduced, and the human resource training system of blood station based on post knowledge graph was constructed from three aspects: content system, implementation system and evaluation system. The system can improve the pertinence and effectiveness of training, and lay a foundation for the evaluation of training effect. However, the implementation was also faced with the challenges of heavy mapping workload and dynamic mapping, which required continuous improvement and optimization.
