摘要:
目的了解我国二级及以上综合医院2020年住院患者静脉输液使用现状，为规范静脉用药提供参考。方法通过国家医疗质量管理与控制信息网获取我国31个省（自治区、直辖市）及新疆生产建设兵团3 964家二级及以上综合医院住院患者静脉输液使用数据，利用Excel软件进行汇总计算。结果2020年，我国二级及以上综合医院住院患者静脉输液使用率为86.10%，平均每床日静脉输液使用数量为2.69瓶/袋，平均每床日静脉输液使用体积为556.56 mL，中药注射剂静脉输液使用率为18.10%，抗菌药物注射剂静脉输液使用率为39.58 %，质子泵抑制药注射剂静脉输液使用率为19.11 %，止吐药注射剂静脉输液使用率为9.35%，肠外营养制剂静脉输液使用率为12.41%。三级公立综合医院静脉输液使用率、中药注射剂和抗菌药物注射剂静脉输液使用率均低于其他类别医院，但平均每床日静脉输液使用数量和体积、质子泵抑制药注射剂和肠外营养制剂静脉输液使用率均高于其他类别医院。结论我国二级及以上综合医院住院患者静脉输液使用率整体较高。临床实践中应强化目标导向，控制静脉输液使用，同时结合用药合理性评价，规范静脉用药。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the application status of intravenous infusion of inpatients in secondary and above general hospitals in China.MethodsThe intravenous infusion usage data of inpatients in 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps 3 964 secondary and above general hospitals were obtained through the National Clinical Improvement System, and the Excel software was used for summary calculation.ResultsIn 2020, the venous infusion rate of inpatients in secondary and above hospitals was 86.10%, the average daily use of venous infusion per bed was 2.69 bottles/bag, the average daily use of venous infusion volume per bed was 556.56 ml, the venous infusion rate of traditional Chinese medicine injections was 18.10%. The rate of intravenous infusion of antibiotics injection was 39.58 %, that of proton pump inhibitor injection was 19.11 %, that of antiemetic injection was 9.35%, and that of parenteral nutrition was 12.41%. The utilization rate of intravenous infusion, traditional Chinese medicine injection and antibacterial drug injection in tertiary public general hospitals was lower than that of other hospitals, but the average number and volume of intravenous infusion per bed per day, the utilization rate of intravenous infusion of proton pump inhibitor injection and parenteral nutrition preparations were higher than that of other hospitals. Conclusion The utilization rate of venous infusion in inpatients in the secondary and above general hospitals is relatively high. In clinical practice, it is necessary to strengthen target-oriented, control the utilization rate of intravenous infusion, and standardize rational use of intravenous drugs combined with rational evaluation of drug use.
