住院患者自杀干预机制研究与应用-《中国卫生质量管理》

摘要:: 目的研究构建综合医院住院患者自杀干预机制。方法回顾国内同期文献及某三甲综合医院住院患者自杀事件，分析住院患者自杀的主要原因，应用项目管理方法，研究住院患者自杀干预机制。结果2016年医院制定《综合医院住院患者自杀干预机制》并全面落实后，患者自杀相关事件发生率从2015年的5.1/10万降至2016年的1.6/10万和2017年0.8/10万。结论通过项目管理方法，能够有效构建综合医院住院患者自杀干预机制，减少患者自杀事件，可为预防和控制住院患者自杀提供参考。

Abstract:: ObjectiveTo establish the suicide intervention mechanism of inpatients in general hospital.MethodsCombined with the domestic literature review and inpatient suicide incident review in a tertiary general hospital at the same period, the main inducements were analyzed. The project management was applied to establish the suicide intervention mechanism of inpatients in general hospital.ResultsSince the operation of the suicide intervention mechanism in 2016, the incidence of inpatients suicide was reduced from 5.1 per 100,000 in 2015, to 1.6 per 100,000 in 2016 and 0.8 per 100,000 in 2017.Conclusion Through the project management method, the suicide intervention mechanism of inpatients in general hospitals can be effectively constructed, and the suicide events of patients can be reduced, which can provide reference for the prevention and control of inpatients' suicide.
