摘要:
学科建设是医院建设与发展的支柱。为推动医学遗传学学科发展，创建了遗传学队伍质量信得过班组。通过识别顾客及相关方关键需求，以提高顾客满意度和员工成长满意度为目标，建立了以员工成长为核心的管理体系。通过对管理目标进行分析，以全面管理为基础，建立了学习型团队，细化了工作内容，营造了班组文化，实行了标准化管理。团队成长满足了服务需求，顾客满意度和员工成长满意度得以提升，建立了可推广、可复制的学习型班组建设模式。
Abstract:
Discipline construction is the pillar of hospital construction and development. In order to promote the development of medical genetics, a quality trustworthy genetic team was established. By identifying the key needs of customers and related parties and aiming at improving customer satisfaction and employee growth satisfaction, a management system with employee growth as the core was established. Through the analysis of the management objectives, based on the overall management, a learning team had been established, the work content had been refined, the team culture had been built, and the standardized management had been implemented. Team growth satisfied service demand, improved customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction, and established a learning team construction mode that can be promoted and copied.
