摘要:
检验科坚持“质量为顾客和其他相关方创造价值”的核心理念，清晰识别顾客及相关方需求；明确目标，确定班组创建活动目标和工作计划；运用科学的质量管理理念和方法开展班组活动。构建了全面质量管理体系和生物安全现场管理体系，通过制度支撑，持续改进，完成了活动目标，提升了检验科工作质量
Abstract:
Department of Laboratory adhered to the core concept of "creating value for customers and related parties through quality" and clearly identified the needs of customers and related parties. It clearly defined the objectives and determined the team construction objectives and work plans. Scientific quality management concepts and methods were used to carry out the team activities.The comprehensive quality control system and biosafety field management system were constructed. With the support of the management system, continuous improvement was made to successfully complete the team construction objectives and achieve the purpose of improving the work quality.
