摘要:
医院消毒供应中心工作质量直接关乎患者生命安全。以“质量第一，患者至上”为工作目标，严格依照国家规范开展工作，通过识别顾客需求，明确工作目标，强化基础管理，有效学习提升，持续改进质量等，全面展开了科室质量信得过班组创建活动。通过活动开展，促使消毒供应中心建立了严谨的制度、科学的工作流程，提高了工作效率，提升了工作质量，更好地确保了患者安全
Abstract:
The quality in the Sterilization and Supply Center is directly related to the safety of patients in hospital. With "quality first, patient first" as the work goal, the work was strictly carried out according to the national norms.Through measures of identifying customer's needs, clarifying the work objectives, strengthening the basic management, effectively learning and improvement, and continuously improving the quality, etc., the quality trustworthy team activity was fully developed in departments. Through the activities, the Sterilization and Supply Center had established strict institutional guarantees, scientific work processes, improved work efficiency and quality, and better ensured the safety of patient.
