摘要:
我国康复护理服务需求量较大，但康复护理服务发展处于起步阶段。文章总结分析了美国、英国、德国、加拿大康复护理服务质量评价模型、现状以及经验，认为我国康复护理服务需要从宏观层面构建康复护理质量评价指标体系，根据不同级别医疗机构的功能定位开展康复护理质量评价，并以质量评价为抓手加强社区康复护理人才队伍建设，还需要鼓励患者及其家庭共同参与康复护理，以此推进我国康复护理服务高质量发展。
Abstract:
There is a great demand for rehabilitation care in China, but the development of rehabilitation care is in its infancy. The quality assessment models, status quo and experience of rehabilitation care in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany and Canada were summarized and analyzed. It was concluded that the rehabilitation care in China needs to establish a rehabilitation care quality assessment index system from the macro level, and carry out rehabilitation care quality assessment according to the functional positioning of different levels of medical institutions,and strengthen the construction of community rehabilitation nursing talents with quality evalucation as the starting point. It is also necessary to encourage patients and their families to participate in rehabilitation care, so as to promote the high-quality development of rehabilitation care in China.
