摘要:
发展康复护理服务是构建优质医疗卫生服务体系的重要内容。通过文献检索，对英国、美国、德国等典型国家康复护理服务模式进行总结，认为我国康复护理在学科建设、人才培养、服务水平等方面与其他国家仍存在一定差距。基于我国“十四五”时期康复护理发展目标，提出加强康复护理学科建设；建设专业康复护理队伍；构建康复护理服务体系；加强康复护理信息化建设；加强全民健康素养教育等措施，以助推康复护理事业发展。
Abstract:
The development of rehabilitation nursing service is an important part of building a high-quality medical and health service system. Through literature search, the study summarized the rehabilitation nursing service patterns in typical countries such as the United Kingdom, the United States, and Germany, and it was concluded that there was still a gap between China and other countries in terms of discipline construction, personnel training and service level. Based on the development goals of rehabilitation nursing during my country's "14th Five-Year Plan" period, it is proposed to strengthen the construction of rehabilitation nursing disciplines, build a professional rehabilitation nursing team,build a rehabilitation nursing service system,strengthen the information construction of rehabilitation nursing, and strengthen measures such as national health literacy education to boost the development of rehabilitation nursing.
