摘要:
研究制定新型随访制度,利用随访平台管理患者电子健康档案,建立了健康管理师、全科医生和专科医生金字塔式三级责任制,专业问题逐级汇报解决。利用网络医院APP、电话和短信3种方式主动发起随访,接受网络和电话两种咨询方式。该制度可提高诊疗准确性及医疗质量,加强了医患沟通。
Abstract:
The new follow-up system was developed, and electronic health records were managed by the use of follow-up platform; the three-level pyramid accountability including health management personnel, general practitioners and specialists was established, and professional issues were reported and solved progressively; follow-up was initiate by using three ways including network hospital APP, telephone and short messages, and counseling was carried out by two ways, online and telephone. The system can improve the accuracy of diagnosis and quality of medical care, strengthen the doctor-patient communication.
