摘要:
目的分析某三级综合医院全院、泌尿外科及男科亚专业住院病例情况，探索我国男科学发展路径。方法运用DRG绩效分析平台，对样本病例的病案首页、主要诊断和手术操作进行分组，从医疗服务能力和医疗服务效率两个维度进行比较分析。结果男科亚专业平均CMI值为1.16，低于全院平均CMI值（1.34）和泌尿外科平均CMI值（1.55），医疗技术难度较低；男科亚专业时间消耗指数和费用消耗指数高于泌尿外科和全院平均值，医疗服务效率较低。结论综合医院和社会办医机构在男科学发展上应明确不同方向定位。综合医院男科专科化发展需单独设科，规模化开展日间诊疗服务，并加强学科间交叉融合；社会办医机构男科学发展需找准功能定位，注重运营管理，加强多方合作，并利用好线上诊疗等网络技术手段。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo analyze the inpatient cases of the whole hospital, Urology Department and andrology subspecialty in a tertiary general hospital, and to explore the development path of andrology in China.MethodsThe DRG performance analysis platform was used to group the first page of the medical records, the main diagnosis and the surgical procedures of the sample cases, and the comparative analysis was made from the two dimensions of medical service ability and medical service efficiency.ResultsThe average CMI value of sub-specialties of andrology was 1.16, lower than the average CMI value of the whole hospital and urology department which was 1.34 and 1.55 respectively. The medical technology was less difficult.The time consumption index and cost consumption index of sub-specialties of andrology were higher than urology and hospital-wide average, and medical services was less efficient. Conclusion General hospitals and social capital hospitals should clearly define different orientations in the development of andrology. The specialty development of andrology in general hospitals should set up separate departments, carry out large-scale day treatment services, and strengthen the interdisciplinary integration. The development of andrology in social medical institutions needs to find out the correct function orientation, pay attention to operation and management, strengthen multi-party cooperation, and make good use of online diagnosis and treatment and other network technology means.
