摘要:
目的回顾质量体系监控结果,分析不合格项分布情况及原因,促进质量管理持续改进。方法进行每月关键控制点检查,每季度质量巡查,年度内部质量审核。 结果2015年-2018年发现一般不合格项、观察项及建议项共347项,记录、献血服务、血液检测等环节存在问题较多,需重点关注并持续改进。结论通过改进监控方法,扩大监控覆盖面和深度,促进了血站质量体系的有效运行和持续改进
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo review the monitoring results of quality system, analyze the distribution of unqualified items and causes, and promote the continuous improvement of quality management.MethodsMonthly critical control point inspection, quarterly quality inspection, annual internal quality audit.ResultsFrom 2015 to 2018, 347 general unqualified items, observations and suggested items were found. There were many problems in recording, blood donation service and blood testing, which should be paid attention to and improved effectively.Conclusion The effective operation and continuous improvement of the quality system of blood stations were promoted by improving the monitoring method and improving the monitoring coverage and depth
