摘要:
血液冷链管理具有重要意义。目前,我国在血液冷链管理方面存在缺少理论支持与指导;质量管理链条长,参与管理人员多;环境、设备、操作等质量管理有漏洞等问题。对此,应从以下方面改进,加强冷链基础知识培训与考核,实施取血人员资格准入,强化冷链储存设备管理,科学管理冷链设备使用过程,规范从血液入库到出库的冷链流程管理等。只有将血液冷链管理纳入血站全面质量管理中,提高冷链管理规范化水平,方可更好地确保血液安全。
Abstract:
Blood cold chain management is of great significance. At present, there is weak theoretical support and guidance in the management of cold chain in China; the quality management chain is long, and there are many management personnel; the quality management of environment, equipment and operation have loopholes. In this regard, it should be improved from the following aspects: strengthening the basic knowledge training and assessment of cold chain,implementing the qualification of blood donors,strengthening the management of cold chain storage equipment,scientifically managing the use of cold chain equipment,standardizing cold chain process management from blood storage to delivery, etc. Only by incorporating cold chain management into the overall quality management of blood stations and improving the standardization of cold chain management can ensure the safety of blood infusion.
