摘要:
目的验证质量管理体系对不合格项管理的有效性。方法通过回顾性分析2015年-2017年不合格项的分布情况,评价质量管理体系是否持续改进。结果2015年-2017年不合格项分别有28项、31项、37项,均为一般不合格 项,后续全部落实了纠正预防措施。不合格项主要分布在体采科(市区)及郊区县采血点、计供科,主要涉及要素是献血服务、血液保存、发放与运输及记录。结论日常工作中识别的不合格项及质管科识别的不合格项逐年增 多,说明工作人员质量意识逐年增强,这有利于质量管理体系的持续改进,也有利于血站质量管理水平的逐步提高。
Abstract:
To verify the effectiveness of the unqualified items management in the quality management system of the Nanjing Red Cross Blood Center.MethodsThrough retrospective analysis of the distribution of the unqualified items in the Nanjing Red Cross Blood Center from 2015 to 2017, the quality management system was evaluated to determine whether continuous improvement was taking place. ResultsThere were 28, 31 and 37 unqualified items in 2015-2017, and all corrective and preventive measures had been implemented in the follow-up. The unqualified items were mainly distributed in the Blood Collection Section (urban area) and the Suburban Blood Collection Section and the Blood Supplement Section. The main factors involved were blood donation services, blood storage, distribution and transportation and recording. Conclusion The unqualified items identified in daily work and the unqualified items identified by the Quality Control Department had increased year by year, indicating that the quality awareness of the staff of Nanjing Red Cross Blood Center had been strengthened year by year, which was conducive to the continuous improvement of the quality system and the blood station.
