摘要:
在介绍我国医疗联合体（以下简称“医联体”）的定义、优势与发展的基础上，基于“大学附属医院内部医联体”的概念，结合复旦大学各附属医院的实际情况与发展现状，提出了具有复旦大学特色的附属医院内部医联体的建设模式。此模式主要以医疗集团和专科联盟为主，实现医疗资源的纵向与横向整合，依托中山医院、华山医院、儿科医院等附属医院医联体平台的资源优势，打造复旦的优势学科群，充分发挥强势学科效能，提升专科医疗辐射能力，进一步完善区域内的医疗服务体系建设
Abstract:
On the basis of the definition, advantages and development of China's medical association (hereinafter referred to as "medical association"), based on the concept of "internal medical association of affiliated hospitals of university", combined with theactual situation and development status of affiliated hospitals of Fudan university, this paper put forward the construction mode of internal medical consortium of affiliated hospitals with characteristics of Fudan university. This mode was mainly consisted of medical group and specialist alliance, implementing vertical and horizontal integration of medical resources. It relied on the resources advantage of medical association of affiliated hospitalsincludingZhongshan hospital, Huashan hospital, and Pediatric hospital, built Fudan's superior academic group, gave full play to its strong discipline efficiency, enhanced specialized medical radiation capacity, and further improved the construction of medical service system in the region.
