摘要:: 上海市静安区在中医药援疆中，立足于巴楚县中医药发展现状，探索出符合中医药发展规律，助力巴楚中医药服务能力提升、中医药人才队伍建设、中医药文化发展的“组团式”中医药援疆模式。未来可通过完善中医药服务体系、深化中医医联体建设、加强中医医联体智慧医疗平台建设、推动巴楚中医药人才培养等举措继续深入推进“组团式”中医药援疆工作，并及时将“组团式”中医药援疆经验制度化。

Abstract:: Based on the current situation of the development of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in Bachu County, Jing ’an District of Shanghai has explored a "group-style" model of TCM to assist Xinjiang in accordance with the law of the development of TCM, which can help Bachu’s TCM service ability, the construction of TCM talent team and the development of TCM culture. The future direction involves further advancing the "group-style" TCM assistance program in Xinjiang by contributing to the improvement of the TCM service system, deepening the construction of TCM medical consortia, enhancing the construction of smart medical platforms within TCM medical consortia, and fostering the cultivation of TCM talents in Bachu. Moreover, it is essential to institutionalize the experience from the "group-style" TCM assistance program in Xinjiang in a timely manner.
