加强对辅助生殖技术服务机构的监管是卫生监督机构的工作方向。上海市以辅助生殖技术服务机构监管为切入点，梳理出26个关键监管点，建立合规行为标准库和违规行为分类分级特征库，构建监管风险模型及预警机制，探讨基于“智慧卫监”系统的非接触式监管模式，形成监管闭环，为新时期的医疗卫生监管提供参考。

Strengthening the supervision of assisted reproductive technology service institutions is the work direction of health supervision institutions.Starting from the supervision of assisted reproductive technology service institutions, Shanghai sorted out 26 key regulatory points, established a standard library of compliance behaviors and a classification and classification feature library of violations, and built a regulatory risk model and early warning mechanism, explored the establishment of a non-contact supervision mode based on the "smart health supervision" system, forming a closed supervision loop and providing reference for medical and health supervision in the new era.
