提高输血质量，保证输血安全，是医院输血质量管理的重点。应用追踪方法学，制定追踪评价表，明确追踪路线图，从个案追踪、系统追踪两方面对输血患者进行诊疗流程追踪，并建立了追踪检查督导机制。通过改
进，使输血质量实现了持续改进。认为：应建立评价专家库和评价体系，应重视全院、全员、全过程、全方位的培训，还应建立长效机制。

Improving the quality of blood transfusion and ensuring the safety of blood transfusion are the key points of blood transfusion quality management in hospital. With the application of
tracking methodology, a tracking evaluation table and a clear tracking roadmap was developed to track the diagnosis and treatment process of blood transfusion patients from two aspects of case
tracking and system tracking, and a tracking inspection and supervision mechanism was established. Through improvement, the quality of blood transfusion had been continuously improved. It was
suggested that a database of evaluation experts and an evaluation system should be established, the training of the whole hospital, the whole staff, the whole process and all-round should be paid
attention to, and a long-term mechanism should be established.
