目的探讨移动护理设备在分级护理巡视中的应用以及对护理质量及护患满意度的影响。方法分别选取移动护理设备应用前后的孕产妇作为观察组和对照组。观察组通过移动护理设备对病区孕产妇进行分级护理，对照组采用现行分级护理标准进行护理，比较两组的护理质量、孕产妇满意度及护理人员的使用满意度。结果两组在护理质量和孕产妇满意度方面均有显著性差异，观察组产科护理质量显著高于对照组（P <0.05),孕产妇满意度高于对照组（P<0.05)，护理人员的使用满意度为89.96%。结论移动护理设备的应用优化了护理巡视工作流程，实现了无纸化办公，减少了护士书写时间与任务，提高了患者满意度及护士工作满意度。也为移动护理设备在分级护理巡视中的应用与推广提供了参考。

ObjectiveTo explore the use of mobile nursing equipment on grading nursing inspection and its effect on nursing quality and nursing satisfaction. MethodsThe pregnant women before and after the application of mobile nursing equipment were selected as the observation group and the control group respectively. The pregnant women in the observation group received grading nursing by mobile nursing equipment, and the control group adopted routine grading nursing. The quality of care, maternal satisfaction and nursing staff satisfaction were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe quality of obstetric care and maternal satisfaction of the observation group were significant higher than those of the control group (P< 0.05), and the nursing staff satisfaction on using of the device was 89.96%.ConclusionThe application of mobile nursing equipment optimized nursing inspection process, realized the paperless office, reduced the nurse writing time and task, and improved the patient's satisfaction and job satisfaction of nurses. It provided evidence for the application and promotion of mobile nursing equipment in the grading nursing inspection.
