介绍了移动智能医疗系统的建设背景、系统架构与建设实践。通过移动智能医疗系统的院前、院中及院后三个主要系统模块，可实现门诊服务的全流程闭环管理。对移动智能医疗系统进行了总结，并提出下一步建设展望。
- Abstract:

The paper introduced the construction background, system architecture and construction practice of the mobile intelligent medical system. Through the three main system modules, pre-hospital, in-hospital and post-hospital, in the mobile intelligent medical system, the whole process closed-loop management of outpatient service was achieved, and the outpatient HIMSS EMRAM 7 certification was promoted. Furthermore, the paper summarized the mobile intelligent medical system and put forward the forward construction prospect.
