Business intelligence is used more and more widely in medical field. The paper explored the problems in the management of medical institutions, designed a business intelligence system for medical quality and safety assessment, and achieved the implementation and application of business intelligence system in hospital. It can provide decision support for hospital resources integration, quality improvement and effective management of quality safety.
