摘要:
结合工作实际，从上报载体、上报流程、处理流程、统计分析4方面，对纸介版与电子版不良事件上报途径的优缺点进行比较。电子版不良事件上报更有利于医院管理工作改进。同时，对不良事件工作中仍存在的问题进行了阐述。
Abstract:
Based on practice, the advantages and disadvantages of paper copies and electronic version of adverse events reporting approaches were compared from four aspects, including the reporting carrier, reporting procedure, processing, and statistical analysis. The electronic version of adverse events reporting can help to improve hospital management. Furthermore, the existed problems were further elaborated.
