摘要:
通过建立一套导向性强、量化可比、简化易行的临床学科评估方法，实现对医院学科建设的科学、动态监测。方法采用头脑风暴法、德尔菲法、专家会议法筛选评价指标，确定评估指标的权重和评价标准，构建医院临床学科评估指标体系。结果形成包含4个一级指标、17个二级指标、61个三级指标的修订版体系。应用后，能客观地反映医院临床学科发展现状与年度学科建设成效。结论学科评价指标体系可作为衡量医院建设成效和学科建设工作的重要手段。评价指标仍需在实践中不断修订和完善。
Abstract:
By exploring and establishing a set of clinical discipline evaluation methods with strong orientation, quantification,comparability and simplification, the scientific and dynamic monitoring of hospital discipline construction can be realized.MethodsThe brainstorm method, Delphi method and expert meeting method were used to screen evaluation indexes, determine the weight of evaluation indexes and evaluation criteria, and construct evaluation index system of clinical disciplines in hospital.ResultsA revised system consisting of 4 primary indicators, 17 secondary indicators and 61 tertiary indicators was formed. After application, it can objectively reflect the development status of hospital clinical disciplines and the results of annual discipline construction.ConclusionThe disciplinary evaluation index system can be used as an important means to measure the effectiveness of hospital construction and discipline construction.Evaluation indicators still need to be revised and improved in practice.
