建立公平可及、高效可靠的公共科研平台，以临床学科或亚专业为导向建设归属临床科室的临床学科研究室，是满足医院不同层次实验需求、有效促进基础研究与临床学科真正结合的关键。以四川大学华西医院为例，介绍了建立不同类型的公共平台，建设归属临床科室的临床学科研究室，培养高素质技术人员，再借助公共平台的技术支持推动临床学科发展的模式。

The establishment of a fair, accessible, efficient and reliable public scientific research platform and the construction of clinical research laboratories belonging to clinical departments guided by clinical disciplines or subspecialties are the key to meet the experimental needs of hospitals at different levels and effectively promote the real combination of basic research and clinical disciplines. Taking the West China Hospital of Sichuan University as an example, this paper introduced the model of establishing different types of public platforms, constructing clinical discipline research laboratories belonging to clinical departments, training high-quality technical personnel, and then promoting the development of clinical disciplines with the help of the technical support of public platforms
