摘要:: 目的探索卵巢良性囊肿日间手术的可行性及安全性。方法选择成都某院2021年11月-2022年6月诊断为卵巢良性囊肿且有手术指征的患者进行回顾性病例对照研究。采用多变量线性回归分析术中出血量、手术持续时间、术后排气时间的相关性，采用二元逻辑回归分析术中术后并发症的相关影响因素。结果日间手术和住院手术下卵巢良性囊肿剥除术的术中出血量、手术时间、手术中转率均无统计学差异（P＞0.05）。日间手术患者的血红蛋白减少值、住院天数、术后下床活动时间、术后进食时间、术后排气时间、术后6 h疼痛评分、患者要求使用镇痛药物率均低于住院手术患者（P＜0.05）。结论卵巢良性囊肿日间手术患者术后恢复快，疼痛轻微，且不会增加术中术后并发症发生风险，可以开展。

Abstract:: ObjectiveTo explore the feasibility and safety of ambulatory surgery for benign ovarian cysts.MethodsA retrospective case-control study was performed on patients diagnosed with benign ovarian cysts with surgical indications in a hospital in Chengdu from November 2021 to June 2022. The correlation of intraoperative blood loss, duration of operation and postoperative exhaust time was analyzed by multivariate linear regression. The correlation factors of intraoperative and postoperative complications were analyzed by binary logistic regression.ResultsThere were no significant differences in the amount of blood loss, operation time and conversion rate between ambulatory surgery and inpatient ovarian benign cyst removal (P> 0.05). The decreased hemoglobin value, length of hospital stay, time to get out of bed after surgery, time to eat after surgery, time to exhaust gas after surgery, pain score at 6 h after surgery, and the rate of patients requiring analgesic drugs were all lower in patients with ambulatory surgery (P< 0.05).Conclusion The patients with benign ovarian cyst undergoing ambulatory surgery can recover quickly and have little pain without increasing the risk of intraoperative and postoperative complications,so they can be carried out.
