摘要:
为保障医务人员职业安全与健康，系统解决医疗行业职业安全与健康问题，香港大学深圳医院以深港合作为契机，借鉴国际职业安全健康管理经验，结合医院现况和存在的职业风险因素，建立了一套标准化职业安全与健康管理体系。同时，医院建立了职业安全事件上报系统，全面识别和评估有害因素，开展对职业风险的全过程全方位管理。
Abstract:
In order to ensure the occupational safety and health of medical staff and systematically solve the occupational safety and health problems in the medical industry, Shenzhen Hospital of the University of Hong Kong (HKU) has established a standardized occupational safety and health management system based on the cooperation between Shenzhen and Hong Kong, learning from international occupational safety and health management experience, and combining the current situation of the hospital and occupational risk factors. Furthermore, the hospital has established an occupational safety incident reporting system to comprehensively identify and assess the harmful factors and carry out the whole-process and all-round management of occupational risks.
