摘要:
目的建立适用于我国妇幼保健机构的信用等级评价指标体系，为推进妇幼保健机构信用等级评价工作提供参考。方法综合运用文献分析法、专家咨询访谈、课题组研讨等方式构建初步指标体系，通过两轮德尔菲专家调查形成最终指标并赋予权重。结果建立了主要包含7个一级指标、38个二级指标的妇幼保健机构信用等级评价指标体系。结论研究建立的妇幼保健机构信用等级评价指标体系专家权威性、协调性、一致性结果较好，具有较高的推广价值。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo establish a credit rating index system suitable for maternal and child health care institutions, to provide reference for promoting credit rating evaluation of the institutions. MethodsThe preliminary index system was constructed by means of literature analysis, expert consultation and interview, research group discussion, etc., and the final index and its weight was formed through two rounds of Delphi expert survey.ResultsThe credit rating evaluation index system of maternal and child health care institutions was established, which mainly included 7 first-level index, 38 second-level indexes.Conclusion The credit rating evaluation index system of maternal and child health care institutions established by the study has good expert authority, coordination and consistency, and has high promotion value.
