摘要:: 目的总结国外养老机构安宁疗护照护质量评价研究进展，为构建我国本土化评价工具提供参考。方法文献检索与回顾。结果国外养老机构安宁疗护照护质量评价研究较为成熟，开发了多种质量评价工具。但我国相关质量评价存在理论基础薄弱，缺乏本土化质量评价工具，尚未建立科学统一的质量评价机制等问题。结论建议加强学术研究，重视养老机构安宁疗护照护质量评价；参考理论模型，开发本土化质量评价工具；明确部门职责，建立科学统一的质量评价机制。

Abstract:: ObjectiveTo summarize the research progress of hospice care quality evaluation in foreign pension institutions, and to provide reference for the construction of domestic evaluation tools.MethodsLiterature retrieval and review. ResultsForeign hospice care quality evaluation research was mature, developed a variety of quality evaluation tools. However, there were some problems in quality evaluation in China, such as weak theoretical basis, lack of localized quality evaluation tools, and lack of scientific and unified quality evaluation mechanism.Conclusion It was suggested to strengthen academic research and attach importance to the quality evaluation of hospice care in pension institutions; take reference from theoretical model to develop local quality evaluation tools; and make clear department responsibility to establish scientific and unified quality evaluation mechanism.
