摘要:
目的了解江苏省三级综合医院临床营养科建设现状，为进一步加强临床营养科管理提供参考。方法采用在线调查问卷，对江苏省49家三级综合医院临床营养科的科室归属、人员配备、硬件设施、医疗工作、教学工作、科研工作等进行调查。结果临床营养科在各医院归属不同，专业技术人员配备不足，获得支持与资源有限，科教工作尚不能与其功能定位匹配。结论江苏省三级综合医院临床营养科发展不均衡，业务开展不完善，尚需卫生行政主管部门、医院管理者与临床营养科共同努力，从而推动临床营养学科建设与发展。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the current status of Clinical Nutrition Departments (CNDs) in tertiary general hospitals in Jiangsu, to provide reference for further strengthening the management of CNDs.MethodsAn online questionnaire was used to investigate the department ownership, staffing, hardware facilities, medical work, teaching work and scientific research work of CNDs in 49 tertiary general hospitals in Jiangsu Province.ResultsThe attribution of CNDs was different in different hospitals, and the professional and technical personnel were insufficient, the support and resources were limited, and the scientific and educational work could not match its functional orientation.Conclusion The development of CNDs in the tertiary general hospitals in Jiangsu province was not balanced and the business development was not perfect. The joint efforts of health administrative department, hospital manager and CNDs were needed to promote the construction and development of CNDs.
