对应用医护交互VTE信息化平台进行了需求分析，阐述了通过主管护师初评、主管医生复审再到主管护师执行的闭环管理流程。认为，医护交互VTE信息化平台的应用可实现评分自动计算,自动匹配风险评估规则，并能自动生成VTE相关管理报表，24小时VTE风险评估率也逐月提高。平台应用提高了医护沟通效率，减少了遗漏和差错

This paper analyzed the requirements of the medical interactive VTE information platform, and expounded the closed-loop management process through the supervisor nurse's initial evaluation, the supervisor doctor's review and then the supervisor nurse's implementation. It was believed that the application of medical interactive VTE information platform can realize automatic calculation of scores, automatic matching of risk assessment rules, and automatic generation of VTE-related management reports. The 24-hour VTE risk assessment rate was also improved month by month, which improved the efficiency of medical communication and reduced omissions and errors
