目的制订医疗机构药师调剂工作及执业道德满意度评价指标,并进行满意度评价。方法通过文献分析法设计问卷调查表,运用SPSS 19.0统计软件检查量表信度。结果门急诊调剂满意度、病区医嘱调剂工作满意度、药师执业道德满意度分别是94.39%、93.33%、94.32%。3个满意度量表的Cronbach's α系数分别为0.834、0.806、0.839,结果可信。确定所有满意度目标参考值≥90%。结论该满意度指标体系全面、可信,可为医疗机构药师调剂工作及执业道德满意度评价提供参考。

ObjectiveTo establish the satisfaction evaluation indexes for prescription work and professional ethics of pharmacists in medical institutions and carry out satisfaction evaluation. MethodsA questionnaire survey was designed by literature analysis method, and the reliability of the scale was examined by the SPSS 19.0 statistical software.ResultsThe satisfaction level of respondents on prescription work in outpatient dispensary, prescription work in inpatient dispensary, and pharmacist professional ethics were 94.39%, 93.33%, and 94.32%, respectively. Cronbach α of the three satisfaction scales were 0.834, 0.806, and 0.839, respectively and the results were credible. The reference values of satisfaction were set for ≥ 90%.Conclusion The satisfaction index system was comprehensive and credible, which can be used as a reference for satisfaction evaluation on prescription work and professional ethics of pharmacists in medical institutions.
