目的运用品管圈工具,依托3D打印技术,为严重骨缺损患者提供个性化精准治疗方案。方法开展品管圈活动,针对6大攻坚点制定4项方策群组。包括:组建3D打印医工交互团队,建立骨科临床应用工作站;组建3D打印骨科临床应用基础研究团队;应用3D打印技术进行精准化、个性化辅助诊断和治疗严重骨缺损;建立围手术期宣教、护理、术后康复与随访、交流平台等。结果严重骨缺损患者术后生活质量从24.6%提升至65.6%,关节活动度从24.6%提升至78.4%,关节功能状况从28.4%提升至74.0%。形成10项标准化作业书,并应用于

ObjectiveTo use the quality control circle tool, relying on 3D printing technology, to provide personalized precise treatment scheme for patients with severe bone defect. MethodsFour strategies groups were developed for six major key points by the quality control circle activity, including: the establishment of 3D printing medical engineering interaction team and the 3D printing orthopedic clinical application workstation; building a basic research team on 3D printing orthopedic clinical application; using 3D printing technology to accurately and individualized assist the diagnosis and treatment of severe bone defects; the establishment of perioperative education, nursing, postoperative rehabilitation and follow-up, communication platform, etc.ResultsThe quality of life of patients with severe bone defect increased from 24.6% to 65.6%, the joint activity level increased from 24.6% to 78.4%, and the improvement rate of joint function increased from 28.4% to 74.0%. Ten standardized operations were formed and applied to the 3D printing technology assisted diagnosis and treatment in patients with severe bone defect.
