摘要:: 随着无偿献血事业的发展，基层捐血屋的单一功能配置已无法满足群众的综合性服务需求。选择离城区较远、人口基数较大的基层捐血屋，展开包括无偿献血宣传、招募、血液采集、成分制备、贮存与发放以及血费报销和献血者归队等功能拓展。这对促进农村无偿献血发展，提高血液成分制备率，提升献血服务质量等具有积极意义。

Abstract:: With the development of voluntary blood donation, the single function of the primary level blood donation house has been unable to meet the comprehensive service needs of people. The primary level blood donation houses far from city and with a large population base were selected and carried out the function expansion practice, including voluntary blood donation promotion, recruitment, blood collection, ingredient preparation, storage and distribution, blood reimbursement and rejoining of donors. It had a positive meaning on the development of rural voluntary blood donation, increase of the blood ingredient preparation rate, and improvement of the quality of blood donation.
