对2012年-2015年采集血液的非正常报废情况进行回顾性统计分析，发现破袋、脂血、凝聚物是造成血液非正常报废的主要问题。分析其原因，结合工作实际，提出了应加强冰冻血液制品管控；从源头严防脂血采集；加强血液采集及成分制备关键环节控制；加强设备控制；落实人员培训等防控措施。

The blood abnormal scraped data were retrospectively analyzed from 2012 to 2015, which found that major problems included broken bags, fat blood, and aggregates. Based on its causes and work practice, prevention and control measures were proposed: strengthening the management and control of frozen blood products, preventing fat blood collecting from the source, strengthening the key processes control on blood collection and components preparation, strengthening equipment control, implementing the training of personnel, etc.
