摘要:
对当前医院耗材中心库的管理现状和职能定位进行了系统分析，指出了其可能面临的问题，并对耗材中心库在医院物资管理中的职能进行了重新定位，对其业务运行关键流程进行科学设计，以提高医院耗材管理水平。
Abstract:
With the increase in variety of medical consumables and consumption, and the enhanced requirement of elaborating managements, the traditional "store-after-buy" extensive management mode has been lagging behind the situation. Based on the function positioning of consumable supply central warehouse in hospital materials management, its key process was scientific designed to improve the level of hospital consumable management.
