基于Delphi法构建临床发展能力评价指标-《中国卫生质量管理》

摘要:: 目的筛选符合医院临床发展能力评价的指标，构建一套能够全面推广的临床发展能力指标体系。方法采用Delphi法对30位相关领域专家进行阶段性函询。结果形成临床发展能力指标框架中的4个一级指标和16个二级指标的指标群，利用加权综合指数法计算出相应的临床发展能力。结论为医院间临床发展能力的评价提供标准化的计量手段，有利于调动人员积极性，提高资源配置的合理性。

Abstract:: Objective To screen the evaluation index on clinical development ability in hospital, and establish a clinical development ability index system which can be promoted for use in other hospitals. MethodThe Delphi method was used for periodical consultation with 30 experts from related domains.Resultclinical development capacity indicator framework A group of indexes with four first-level indicators and 16 second-level indicators was established as the clinical development capacity index framework. The corresponding clinical development capacity was calculated by using the weighted composite index method.ConclusionThe evaluation index provides a standardized measurement instrument for evaluation of the clinical development capabilities among hospitals, which can help to mobilize the staff enthusiasm, and improve the rationality of resource allocation.
