目的通过比较不同医生轮转模式下的临床科室绩效,提出合理、高效的临床医生配备和轮转模式。方法以上海市某郊区新建三级综合性医院为例,遴选核心绩效指标,运用TOPSIS法对19个临床科室2014全年的运行绩效进行综合评价。结果采用不同临床医生轮转模式的3组科室分季度绩效得分的综合评价结果显示,其绩效得分分布差异有统计学意义。结论根据各临床科室的工作量合理配备各级医生,建立动静相宜、长短结合、符合学科特点的临床医生轮转模式。
- Abstract:

ObjectiveTo compare the department’s performance under different clinician rotation modes to provide reasonable and efficient clinician allocation and rotation mode. MethodA newly built tertiary general hospital in suburb of Shanghai was taken as example to select key performance indicators, and the TOPSIS method was used to comprehensive evaluate the operation performance of 19 clinical departments in 2014. ResultThe comprehensive evaluation of the three groups with different clinician rotation modes showed that the difference among performance score distribution had statistical significance.ConclusionThe doctors at all levels can be allocated according to the workload of clinical departments, clinicians rotation mode can be established with affordable pattern, flexible time duration, and in line with the characteristics of discipline.
