目的研究医疗服务满意度、患者医疗质量感知和患者信任对上海市门诊患者生活满意度的影响程度，为提高患者生活满意度提供参考。方法在文献研究基础上，通过问卷调查收集实证数据，运用有序Probit模型对影响因素进行分析。结果医疗服务满意度、患者医疗质量感知及患者信任对患者生活满意度的影响程度在不同级别公立医院有所差别。结论改进我国医疗卫生服务质量，增强患者医疗服务满意度和信任度能够提高患者生活满意度，对促进我国医疗卫生事业的发展具有十分重要的意义。

ObjectiveTo analyze the effect of patients’ satisfaction, awareness of medical quality and patient’s trust on outpatients’ life satisfaction in public hospitals of different levels, and to provide evidence for improvement of patients’ life satisfaction.MethodOn the basis of literature review, empirical data was collected by using questionnaire survey, and ordered PROBIT model was used for analyzing the influence factors.ResultThe effects of patients’ satisfaction, awareness of medical quality and patient’s trust on outpatients’ life satisfaction had difference among different levels public hospitals.ConclusionImproving medical service quality, enhancing patient’s satisfaction with medical service delivery and trust can improve patient’s life satisfaction, and promote the development of medical and health services in China.
