利用云计算技术，构建急危重孕产妇省市县三级抢救网络平台，通过全流程、全时段管理，提升了服务质量，推进了急危重孕产妇救治的及时性、科学化、规范化和制度化，全面提高了急危重孕产妇的抢救成功率。

The cloud computing technology was used to build three levels of province, city and county rescue network platform for emergency critical maternal. Through the whole process and full-time management, service quality was improved, and the timeliness, scientific, standardized and institutionalized treatment was promoted, the survival rate of emergency critical maternal was fully improved.
