在深圳市5家医院以问卷调查方式了解高危药品的使用与管理现状。根据调查，借鉴国内外先进管理经验，将追踪方法学引入高危药品管理评价中，设计医院高危药品追踪地图。通过实证研究，发现高危药品存在的管理问题及其关键环节，提出相应对策和持续改进措施，为医院高危药品管理提供参考。

The status of use and management of high-risk medications was investigated through questionnaire survey in five hospitals in Shenzhen. According to the problems founded in the survey and taking the advanced experiences in China and other countries, the tracer methodology was introduced into the evaluation of management of high-risk medications, and tracking maps of high-risk medications in hospital were designed. Empirical study was performed to find the problems and key links in the management of high-risk medications. The corresponding countermeasures were put forward to provide reference for the management and continuous improvement of high-risk medications in hospital.
