摘要:: 应用失效模式与效果分析，结合根本原因分析，找出介入手术流程中的所有失效模式及潜在风险原因，计算事先风险数值，制定并实施有效的防范措施。改进后，心内科介入医生职业暴露发生率由42.86%降低到7.14%(P<0.05)，RPN值由1 593.94分下降至611.03分，有效避免了介入医生职业暴露的发生。

Abstract:: Combined with root causes analysis, the failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) was used to analyze all the failure modes and potential risks causes, risk priority number (RPN) was calculated and effective precautionary measures were formulated and implemented. After the intervention, the incidence of occupational exposure was significantly reduced from 42.86% to 7.14% (P<0.05), and RPN was reduced from 1593.94 to 611.03. The occupational exposure of interventional doctors was effectively prevented.
